Shipping

Tees, sweatshirts and mugs are printed just for you by our production partner, Printify, at print shops in the United States. Most orders ship within 2-7 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours ships. Each listing shows its estimated arrival.

Digital files (printables, 3D-print files) are ready to download right after purchase from your Etsy account - nothing is shipped.

Replacements & refunds

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size or color. But if something isn't right, we'll fix it:

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, send us a message with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or give you a refund.
• If your package never arrives, message us and we'll track it down with you.
• If a digital file won't open or something looks wrong, message us and we'll sort it out.

Please check the size guide on each listing before you order - measurements can vary by up to about an inch.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before your order goes to print.

Privacy

The full version, including our social media publishing tool, is on our privacy policy page.

This website doesn't use cookies or analytics, and we don't collect personal information through it. (Like any website, the service that hosts it may keep standard technical logs.) If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

Our email list is optional. If you sign up, your email address is stored by Kit, the email service we use, and used only to send you Wren & Wire news. We ask you to confirm first, every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share the list.

When you order on Etsy, Etsy gives us your name, shipping address, email address, what you bought, and any messages you send us. We never see your payment card details - Etsy handles payment. We use this information only to make, ship and support your order, and to keep the business and tax records the law requires. We share it only with Printify and the print shop that makes your item, the shipping carrier, Etsy, and our accountant or the authorities when the law requires it. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing messages you haven't asked for.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on Etsy or emailing hello@wrenandwire.com. Some records, such as tax records, may have to be kept for legal reasons.

YouTube

Wren & Wire posts its own product videos to its own YouTube channel, @wrenandwireco, using our small publishing tool, which uses the YouTube API Services. By using this tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and how we handle it is on our privacy policy page. Access given to the tool can be removed at any time on the Google security settings page.

Our designs are made with the help of AI tools. Every design is reviewed and approved by a person before it's listed, and each listing says when AI tools were used.
